"The breakfast was outstanding and catered for a wide variety of taste. The staff was amazing fruit, water and a selection of teas and coffee was brought to the room every day. The variety of wildlife and views were outstanding. "

"Excellent property, well maintained grounds. Right in front of beach and 2mins walk to walking street entrance. Very quiet, well sized villa with large garden balcony, living room with a large sofa and master bedroom. Toilet is large sized with jacuzzi bathtub too Large swimming pool with swim up bar and ample deck chairs. Breakfast was not extravagant but sufficient in varied choices. Wouldnt mind staying here again on my next visit"

"Great resort near to walking street and various restaurants and shops.Beaches easy to get to or Starling Tuk tuks 50 baht per person . Hotel had lovely pool and the cottages were great with nice furnishings .Staff were happy and friendly nothing too much trouble . Bar food was good but breakfast could be improved more quality ingredients . Would return ."

"There was no one at the reception for check in. The room was good and clean, the bed too firm for us, was a bit difficult to get a good rest. A bit noisy too. The cleaning service was really good. "

"The air conditioning struggles due to minimal structural insulation. Bar appeared to close early "

"We loved our stay here. The location is the best on the island, with instant access to the most gorgeous beaches. The staff were wonderful and we loved the collection from the ferry via longtail. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t great which is the only thing that dampened our trip, but we’d still return. "

"Loved our stay at Serendipity. Views are incredible.Stayed on both ends of sunrise beach. Serendipity is closer to walking street and everything on the island is accessible by short taxi ride. The walk on the beach to the other end of Sunrise beach is about 20 minutes. Note: many stairs to the room - I counted 150! to our room. Need to be in decent shape but the views are worth it. Stayed in the deluxe pool room. Private pool with jets were a plus. Staff was wonderful. Small private beach that you can snorkel from. Wish they supplied beach chairs. The neighboring hotel does and restricts their use to patrons."
