"What a beautiful place to stay! The staff, location and accommodation were excellent. We stayed in a pool access room. It was luxuriously huge and having the access to the extensive pool network, you rarely saw another person. Food at the restaurant was top quality and the 4-8pm buy 1 get 1 cocktails were lovely. The grounds are a tropical paradise and they look after your ferry transfers inward and outward. Thank you to the team!"

"It's the second time we come to wapi in 2 years. It's a simple but great beach resort. You get nice bungalows with garden or beach. I prefer garden they are very clean and the garden too. Everyone is super nice and welcoming. They help you with usual travel stuff.
Also it's great for kids because of the trees on the beach, you won't have to worry too much because that protects them from sun.
We loved the calm and family like atmosphere. Often the Thai staff kids would join and play with mine....

"The cleaners were not very serious, and spent more time making elephants and swans out of the towels, than cleaning. Cosy pool ! Terrible noisy aircon. We were given one key only, so could chose between a locked door/ hot room to return to, or unlocked/cold room. We were denied an extra key. Asked cleaners to come back in 5 mins, and they didn’t come at all. An almost worn out hotel."

"Avoid this hotel! The service at this hotel is the worst I have ever experienced! Apparently, they just simply promised us, without even talking to their team member about getting the room ready. So, they just simply lied and then had the audacity to give us an attitude. Very rude!
So, don't expect any “service” out of this hotel. It doesn't exist here! Even at the restaurant, they don't care about you till you have to walk and find the staff to get a menu. It affected our stay to the extent we decided to move to another hotel the next day! Our booking is obviously burnt, but we feel so much better after we left this property!
Location-wise, it is located near the walking street which makes the beach in front of the hotel very busy. It is also near the jetty and we keep hearing the boat engine all the time. They also played loud music till midnight. There is not much they can do about this, but their service was the worst we ever experienced. "
