Very friendly, efficient and professional staff. Always helpful. My room was spotless; comfortable bed and lots of pillows; breakfast varied and delicious and catered for all cultures. Fantastic location. Rooftop pool is clean and very a lovely place to cool down. I would highly recommend the KL Journal Hotel

Great location and food

I really enjoyed my 3 nights stay at Sleeping Lion Suites because: 1) New hotel, so everything still new and furnishing updated, fast elevator 2) Love the reception area, very modern design, circular counter 3) Less than 3 mins easy walk to Pavillion, you can see Pavillion from the entrance lobby, impossible to get lost 4) Walking distance to Lot 10, Jalan Alor, Sungei Wang, you know the drill 5) The skydeck/skybridge is open 24hrs, magnificent view in the morning and nightime too. You can...

Best buffet in town by far. Excellent check in staff

Breakfast was good and a wide spread of local, Asian and western breakfast.

Love the hotel. Conveniently located above the mall, situated right smack in the middle of the shopping district, clean rooms, great service - rooms a tad smaller than the main banyan tree hotel from across the road but it's extremely liveable. Will be back!

Excellent

Nice hotel nearby KLCC
