I have booked two rooms online catering for two each room. When I reached the hotel, the staff but told us that only one room was left, we will need to proceed to another branch for the second room. Which is Euro hotel cheaper than what I booked. Upon much persistent, they finally released a second room from the same hotel catered for 3 after we have talked to the manager as the check in staff are lack of experience because he just a replacement of the hotel check in staff. Is an Unhappy experience with the check in staff as he show his attitude and frustrated to us. Room was dirty and didn’t replace any toiletries one of the room. Overall for this hotel is very bad.

The cleanliness of the room was horrible, strands and strands of hair can be found on the floor and bed. Very strong cigarette smell too, and the smell stained our clothes and hair. I was Travelling with my twin babies, it was a disaster. The staffs were very unfriendly to us, we asked for one extra key card as they only provide one, they refused. One night around 9.30pm I went down to the spa next door 'Rome Spa', it was a brightly lighted spa with see through glass, connected to the hotel. The first impression was it was a decent spa and I should give it a try. Out of expectation, as I entered there were a few middle aged guys at the lobby and one of them out right told me that the spa is only meant for guys, they serve different massage package here. To my horror, many of their female 'customers' stayed over at Euro+ hotel, we saw a few of them. My verdict: if you're Travelling with family with kids, do not stay here. The hotel is not suitable for kids.

Don't expect for a local budget hotel! Be glade that the aircon is working great, water heater doing it job, television with lots of content! And also a comfy bed that does not smell! The room might smell stale.......

The family suite room is spacious for family with young kids stay. However, the room cleanliness is not well kept and linen & bedsheets are pretty old & torn! It has unpleasant smell too

Extremely bad management and staff from hell.
Gave our booked and paid room to others even when i called and confirmed a late check in. Hotel staff extremely rude and not helpful even we are a family with 4 young kids. Only willing to refund and kick us out at 8pm (night) with no accommodation. This hotel should be delisted.

Was finding a cheap stay closest to Sutera and this seemed like a good place to try. It's near the cheap and good wee wee coffee shop, and right beside old town. There's lots of good food nearby that wont leave you hungry. Service was meh but is expected for the price. But it doesnt matter as long it gives us a decent wifi and a smooth check in and checkout. Room was quite clean, but could be cleaner with the bed sheets. We do love the comfortable duvet and bed though! Overall it meets our expectation and it's a really good deal if you want somewhere cheap and good.

it was overall okay. the hotel was okay and we love it. BUTbthe only thing is that they didnt clean the room, the unfriendly receptionist ask us to check in after 2pm. yet we get a room that is not mopped and the floor was disgusting. while our second day as we get out on afternoon around 2oclock and ask them to clean the room, after one day of tired going out, coming back to unclean room. they only change the towel and the plastic for rubbish bin. so mad. i hope they sill improve.

Near to most shoplot
The room is not soundproof. Can hear people walking & screaming outside. At midnite people come & suddenly knock on my door. I saw chinese like gangster knocking almost everydoor at the floor i was staying...

非常爛的飯店
非常爛！床單是破的，門的安全鎖還壞掉，連廁所門都沒辦法鎖，蓮蓬頭的支架也是壞掉的，白天洗澡的水已經很小了，到晚上變得更小，都不知道該怎麼洗澡，放肥皂的地方還有剩下之前別人用剩的肥皂，地板也髒的好像沒有整理過，這種住宿環境根本不值這個錢

やすさで選びました。
Bukit Indahのすぐ近くで格安ホテルということで選びました選びました。 窓がなく寝るだけ、という意味では選択肢に含められます。 窓がなく換気状態が悪いのかかび臭かったです。でもエアコンはよく効きました。 すごく困ったのは、冷蔵庫がないことです。 ネットはすごく重たかったです。 どこも重たいですが、下2MB/bpsくらいです。 映像つきのFaceTimeやSkypeは使用できませんでした。 ランドリーのサービスはありませんでしたが、すぐ近くにコインランドリーがありました。RM 6.5(18Kg)。
