Jing'an Hotels with Entertainment

"This hotel is lovely, situated next to a park and across from the Jing'an Temple. The subway is on the same block as the hotel, which makes travel around Shanghai easy. I particularly liked that there were no carpets in the rooms. "

"Very clean and excellent service. Front desk staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The room was very clean and well appointed. The only small complaint I have is that the mattress was too firm and pillows too thin for side sleepers, but I find that to be true in most Chinese hotels. The location can’t be beat, as you are right above the West Nanjing Station on Line 2. Definitely would stay again and recommend it to others wanting to stay in that part of town."

"The hostel is located in a very nice area. Very clean and very cozy atmosphere. I was not so happy with the room condition as there was a very strong smell of moist in the room and one corner in the room hat a water damage. I hope this will be fixed"

"Nice room. Clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was minimal, especially if you are more used to Western food. Would come back."

"Internet connection was too weak to use in the room. Even though the website stated they had an iron and ironing board, when I requested this the staff said "we used to have one, but it's gone now." Only one in the whole hotel? Also, for the deposit, the staff charged me 200rmb on my credit card, rather than simply placing a hold. This is mildly annoying as now I have to wait a week or two for the charges to be reversed. "
