This was a winner. A fantastic location, large, clean and lovely rooms, and the Waldorf Staff was so kind and helpful. I loved everything about our stay there. Breakfast is lovely, and as an American struggling with chopsticks, I really appreciated the forks. Just a gorgeous and kind place to stay.

top grade hotel with excellent service

beautiful and grand - the hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed in Shanghai! Service is excellent and location is right at the heart of the Bund which is perfect for visitors like myself to check out all the top tourist spots + have an evening stroll along the river. rooms are well maintained and very comfortable.

Great location to visit and see The Bund. Very nice rooms. The breakfast was VERY pricey for what you get. I would suggest visiting The Walking Street (only about 11 minutes walk from the hotel) for meals.
