Actually after I booked my hotel, read some bad reviews regarding the reception staff attitude and was quite worry. However, everything was good during my stay. Staff was courteous during check in, view was good. Accept it was raining the whole day which was not the hotel fault. Will stay again in future if I’m back to Shanghai
