The facilities were clean, modern and had great air conditioning. The location is a little out of the old city or shopping district or Bund, but we took a taxi to all very cheaply. There is also public transportation nearby. From the second we walked in, we were happily greeted by Wei and Wu at reception - they were really kind and made sure we were well looked after from the moment we arrived.
