The best service I’ve ever experienced in Miami, they let both of my dogs stay for free, gave us a round of shots for free at the restaurant in front of the hotel, after a night out i accidentally slept a little longer after check out time and they were super nice about it and understood. Honestly the best hotel with the best staff! I’ve stayed at the setai and other hotels in other areas like brickell and nothing like the vibes in this hotel!! Thanks guys "

"I had a great stay at this hotel during my trip to Key West. The design of the property was very thoughtfully curated and felt intentional and stylish throughout. Customer service was consistently good and the entire space was very clean. The hotel offers multiple pools and poolside restaurants, which made it easy to relax and order food without leaving the property. "Every staff member we encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping—was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and a great size. We had a fireworks view room, which we could see both Epcot’s and Magic Kingdom’s fireworks from! The walk to Disney Springs was about 12 minutes, which was very manageable. The free breakfast and evening kickback meals were also really good—much better than I typically expect from complimentary hotel food."
