"Dirty environment, not able to get extra hand towel from hotel, location is far from George Town, can’t get Chinese breakfast from nearby places, very disappointed with the hotel And there is no fridge in the room to store drinks"

"Stayed at a newly set-up loft/attic unit that is able to fit up to 4 pax, comfortably. A bit of a steep climb up to the attic on the 3rd floor, but its worth the while to be greeted with a nicely decorated albeit simple room and comes with its own balcony area and external open air bathroom! Major plus points since this hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance to gurney drive. I look forward to the next stay here"
