"Great location in Kowloon, Hong Kong skyline view!"
I have stayed multiple times at the Harbour Plaza Metropolis. The staff goes above and beyond, especially on my last trip. I left my wallet in a cab, they assisted in tracking down the cab driver. Perhaps it was to make sure I could pay for my room! On top of the great service, beautiful view of Hong Kong skyline and river. It's walking distance to shopping and markets, with 15 minutes to Nathan Ave by foot.

"Nice hotel, very expensive for the extras"
Nice hotel, very expensive for the extras, have to pay for wifi, breakfast really dear and miles away from central Kowloon. Had problems initially with our booking and staff very unaccommodating and rude.

"Nice hotel only a 10 minute walk from the MTR."
Great room and experience. While small, it wasn't bad for a Hong Kong room, and the bathroom was great. Would highly recommend.

"Small room, nice bathroom, conveniently located"
I stayed for a total of 3 nights alone. The room had two single beds, however it was very small. The gap between the two beds was so narrow you had to walk sideways to get through. If I was staying with another person in the room, I would've had to put my luggage in the bathroom. That being said, the bathroom was great! It was about half the size of the actual room itself. As a fairly swole individual, it was most pleasing to be able to do my business on the toilet without being cramped up and also to have a shower that doesn't involve some part of body touching the cold, wet wall. The hotel very conveniently located, in the funeral district. It's pretty much across the road from the MTR station and the A22 bus to the airport is only about a 10 minute leisurely stroll away.

"Happy with the stay."
The facilities are simple but sufficient. The staff is pleasant. Location is excellent with a three minutes walk to bus stop that takes you to the airport and many other places. There are a lot of restaurants around the area.

"Huge suites, clean and comfortable"
Two stays while in HK: 3/2-3/7 in room 1551, 3/10 - 3/17 in room 901. We got free upgrade to harbour view rooms, probably because the hotel is relatively new and it was low season. The suites are basically 2 bedrooms apartments w/ a dining area for 4-6, living space, a kitchenette (no utensil though), full size refrigerator AND washer/dryer. All windows faced the harbor, which was fun for our young kids. The beds were comfortable and clean. Housekeeping staff were friendly and kept things tiny on a daily basis, also left 3 bottles of water every day. Some Cons: - There is a club house with playroom meant for toddlers and young kids. But at one night, there was a bunch of older (8-10 yrs) kids there running and chasing crazy, and the staff was not doing anything to stop them. It made the place unsafe for mine (2 and 4) to stay. - The restaurant space is just open. Somewhat pricey for for HK standard, but it is convenient. Our stay included continental breakfast. When I went to get a paper cup for coffee, the manager asked so many questions that it was almost insulting. - Some guests were obviously smoking in their rooms, and we could smell them in the hallway. The hotel is literally by the harbor, good for morning runs. It is NOT close to MTR or any shops/restaurants (though they offer shuttle service). We relied pretty much on taxi throughout our stay. Overall, we are happy with our stay. Recommend for longer stay, or family w/ kid

"Got the job done"
If you're looking for a place with bed, bathroom facilities, free wifi, and near public transportation I would recommend. I was travelling alone and just needed something simple for 4 nights. Though small and tight, this was perfect for a single person. Would not recommend for group rooming. Everything is clean and the staff is very accompdating. Just a short walk to the Hung Hom train station. My only complaint would be the bed was hard for my liking but obviously that's due to my personal preference.
