"Staff were very friendly. We are not used to having someone open doors for us, that was a nice touch. The rooms are spacious and the shower was huge. The gym was the best i have ever seen at a hotel gym, lots of cardio machines, dumbells and machines. Location is also excellent, easy walking distance to most attractions. "

"Room was clean and spacious. my daughter was tickled pink by the bathroom/closet/trick door situation. You could open the door (no walk through) from the bathroom to the bedroom in front the sink counter. Or if you were hiding in the closet, you could pop into the bathroom via a secret mirror door. Only thing I could complain about was the usb-a plugs next to each bed instead of usb-c, we we had to go an buy more cables"

"Great hotel in Kowloon with close access to sites like avenue of stars, mtr stations and a 10 minute walk to star ferry. Staff were excellent and helped us with anything we needed. We had a Harbour view room which has large picture window over looking hong kong island which was amazing to view and wake up to. Character hotel eell kept up and maintained. Only small thing was being an older hotel so some sounds heard in room from hallway or neighboring rooms but very minor. Would stay here again...
