"Dirty hotel. Desk service awful. Key card didn't work the next day and no one in office to help. Saw 1 cockroach on the floor. Room looked old. Bathroom disgusting and looked awful. Never again. Says 5 pools but only saw 2 and it was in rough shape. Didn't bother to find the other 3. Upgrades to a better room and it was a waste of money. Room old and disgusting. Not on the beach like it says. Need half of my money back"

"It was closed at 6. I had to scramble to try and find a place for my boys and I to sleep overnight only to get told by the office staff the next day that we lost our reservation because we didn't check in the night before. This was my first trip with my boys after divorce, so I wanted to make it a great experience. This idiocy of closing at 6 ruined our trip. "

I was charged a late check out fee when I was told it was complimentary when I asked if I can check out at noon the night prior and a drunk guy at the jacuzzi was telling my 12 year old niece to get with an 8 year old that was also at the jacuzzi. I've been calling since Sunday to get a manager to call me back regarding a refund and it's Thursday today and have not received a call. "
