Do not stay at the Pullman Hotel- BEWARE! We had a paid room reservation and we’re turned away, saying they oversold in our room was not available. We were not the only ones there were other people that they turned away, saying they did not have a room for them. One couple had booked their hotel in September 2025 and this is May 2026. THE HOTEL DID NOT TRY TO ACCOMMODATE US ANYWHERE ELSE. THEY JUST DID NOTHING!! By the time we were looking for rooms. It was after midnight so we could not book online. We called for two hours and could not find a single room in Miami. We ended up sleeping on the couches down the road. We use the bathroom facilities, which were dirty and had toilet paper and I got that unflushed toilets. Couches in the main lobby were dirty with stain spots on them. Staff was not helpful. It was not clean and the amenities were terrible. There was nothing available after hours to eat or drink.
I have never had a hotel turn me away with a prepaid reservation. Many people are getting upset with the hotel. They did not offer anything- no accommodation, no help, nothing!!! I will never try to stay here again. Stay at your own RISK!
