We were extremely disappointed with the quality of the room provided. Considering the price we paid, we expected at least a room that meets basic quality and cleanliness standards.
Unfortunately, this is not the case. The bed is a basic spring mattress, and we were only provided with a small sheet to sleep with, there is no proper blanket or comforter. There are stains on the carpet, a significant amount of dust that has clearly not been cleaned, and we even found a vacuum cleaner hose left on the floor of our room.
The bathroom does not resemble the photos shown on your website at all. There are stains on the bathroom walls, and there is no bathroom counter or vanity to place our toiletries, forcing us to put everything on the floor, which is completely inappropriate. Additionally, there are no accessible electrical outlets available to charge our electronic devices.
We truly believed we had made a good choice by booking your hotel, but unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing. This stay does not meet our expectations nor the standards advertised.
