The room was immaculate and felt brand new — crisp linens, spotless floor, and even the curtains looked freshly cleaned. I appreciated the small details like extra towels and reliable, strong air-conditioning after a hot day exploring the city.

The staff who greeted us after a long flight welcomed us with a glass of champagne. The room was spotless we were only here for 1 night pre-cruise I wish we had of had longer in this hotel very close to port and Bayside Marketplace excellent choice either pre or post cruise

I loved my stay — the room was modern and spacious, with large windows that brought in plenty of natural light. The bed was comfortable and the overall ambience felt fresh and stylish. The rooftop pool and gym were great extras for relaxing or working out after a busy day. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful whenever I had a question. Overall, a comfy and convenient downtown stay!

Came with my partner, and we really appreciated the modern design and calm vibe. The room had a great layout, and the location made it super easy to explore without needing a car. Thanks for the wonderful experience — definitely recommending it.
