Overall the location and premises are great if you are wanting to be close to the airport. Nice pool, hot tub and gym. The complimentary appetizers and drink in the evening are a nice touch and it is great to have access to a bar & restaurant on site. We stayed in this hotel upon arriving in Miami and when departing Miami. Second stay our bathroom was not super clean - it had a terrible odor (sour like body odor/urine). Additionally, we had a suite for our family of 5 (room under husband's name). Unfortunately our early morning flight was cancelled, all but one of us returned to hotel to continue to sleep while husband worked on arranging flights home. Upon getting back to hotel front desk staff stuck to hotel policy (vs being solution based) and would not consider any alternatives to us obtaining a room key to get back into our room which we had not yet checked out of. Myself and my kids had to lay out in the hotel entry benches with our luggage instead. Suggested verifying ID via face time etc as the front desk worker said policy is she has to see the ID. When my husband arrived back at the hotel nearly 2 hours later we were able to get back into our room.
