"The owner went above and beyond to ensure our visit was nothing but exceptional! This is a new boutique hotel in downtown Lacrosse situated right on the Mississippi River waterfront. I highly recommend this hotel for those that can appreciate historical renovations refined with only the best materials throughout the building. The eye for detail was amazing! "Was in town for a concert in LaCrosse. Julie was so nice. She contacted me a few days before our stay and even the day of to see approximately what time we would be there to check in. Since we wouldn't be there til after the office closed all instructions were sent via text. Room was neat and clean with everything we needed. Check out was super easy. Will definitely stay again when in the area."
