"The first room we were in the toilet linked. I told the lady at the front desk. She immediately changed our rooms and apologized. We got into a second room. We turned on the TV and the TV had a hole in it in the screen. I took a picture of it, went to the front desk and told the lady. Within an hour they had a new TV for us.
