"Be sure to call the property prior to arrival for gate code and door code, even though the reserved condo states check-in at 4pm. There’s no front desk at the property. The condo includes AC, washer/dryer, fridge, etc. The dumpster for trash is located in the back where all the mail boxes are located. Parking is free. The beach and market place is a 5 mins drive from the condo."

"The appliances were all in pretty poor condition. The fridge was so wet inside from some sorry of condensation issue that the produce drawer had 2 inches of water in it. The microwave door had to be slammed to close. The ceiling fans have a 1 hope max timer, in an apartment without air conditioning. The floor fan quite working in the middle of the night. "Kitchen was below average equipped. Spices and other supplies were low in supply and aome were old with a very limited selection. Other supplies were avg."

"Prefer they clean the room daily, also need to go to the front desk to get more toilet paper, paper towel etc. Also in order to get new towels you need to bring the old dirty ones to the Front desk to get new clean one."

"The check in process was very easy, even for late check in. The property was beautiful. We had an ocean view. There was construction going on in other parts of the complex, but did not bother us. They offered beach chairs and pool noodles for the nice pool. Had the pool to ourselves most times. Loved to be able to walk out and see the sunset every night. The room was nice. "This is a wonderful place to stay in Puna. It is in the heart of the area and they regularly host events, which can be fun to attend. They have a cafe at the reception area with some healthy food options, mostly pre-made."

"Everything was great! Chaos and towels to use at the beach! Umbrella came in handy to use at 2step beach; and the cooler was a life saver! We bought ice packs to use, and left them in the cooler for the next guests! Couldn't have been more satisfied with the condo! (Other than maybe a pizza cutter for those buying cheap frozen pizzas for dinner)."

"This property is a lovely small cottage in Volcano. Suitable for individuals or couples it is small but features a full kitchen, has some breakfast items stocked by the owner, and was very comfortable. The owner was very gracious and it was great to meet him in his nearby artist store. Volcano is a small village only a couple miles from the national park so it was perfect for rapidly getting in and out of the park and is centrally located on the southern coast of Hawaii for day trips all over...

"Great location about 2 kilometres outside of town. The saltwater pool is great! Host had some basic beach gear which added to the experience. The views of the waves a short walk down the promenade are extraordinary. Found the bed and bedding to be very nice. TVs are modern. Rain shower worked well. Parking at the complex is great and there is a convenience store steps away. All in all we would not hesitate to stay again!"

"The balcony overlooked the lovely pool area and had comfortable seating to relax. The room was a good size and had great tv/living room seating as well as a table for meals. The kitchen, though tiny, was well equipped and worked easily for the two of us. The bathroom was a bit of a squeeze but also was sufficient for our needs.
