The room serves with no drinking water and the services balcony door need lot of effort to closed due to the lock is not functional well

Some unit got many cockroaches
The unit we received was decent..bedroom ok. We slept well. But toilet/bathroom smells terrible. The worst part of the unit we received it has so many small cockroaches, under tv cabinet, floor and kitchen cabinets.

Nice cozy vacation for a couple
Location is not at the main Genting Highland area. Need to take a local taxi which takes about 15 mins unless coming up from Kuala Lumpur. About the hotel, located at a quiet corner. It seems popular with tourists. A short 10 mins walk to the nearby restaurants. Nice nature view from the hotel view.

Two bedrooms as advertised. The living room was spacious, parking was secured. But these are the cons: 1. One bathroom only and it was non-functioning --The heater wasn't heating properly --The water flow couldn't be directed to the shower head, which resulted in me SQUATTING to shower via the rinsing output. 2. Second room is technically a converted storeroom 3. WiFi speed is questionable. 2/10, I wouldn't recommend

Decent apartment and closed to some eateries and convenient stores and mini mart. 10 minutes drive to Genting Cable Car station and premium outlet, eateries in Bentong too. Just that the sewage smell from the toilet is quite strong and the cushions at the sofa smell. The check-in process was smooth but slow. The lifts are super slow too. Other than that still worth to stay over for a few nights.

The condition of the apartment is great. We had the high floor on level 36 and the view was what we like. There is also a balcony which we have a great chit chat session with the family there. There is also a washing machine.

Fast and excellent service rendered.
Only the toilet door nob was spoilt, all others are good. I was given high floor on 36th level, really like the rooms and spacious. Will book again for my next trip. Highly recommended for family if you drive.

Poor customer service and hospitality. Door lock was broken, waited 30 mins, only to be told to change to a new room (after I asked for it) - it was 11.30pm by then and I had a toddler with me. The lady at the front desk wasn’t helpful at all. Her irritated tone made it sound like it was my fault because the door lock was broken. Check in counter is quite far from the visitor parking (have to walk a bit under unshaded area). Two cockroaches were found at the kitchen area too.

Overall was good. No what as I expected as the booking name it Premier Suite. Normal 2 rooms with toiletries , towels n kitchenette.

Love the place, great location and awesome place too, The only thing that suck was the lift to the room which is totally ridiculous during 11am to 12pm. Sometimes the card works on and off on the lift.

Clean and nice to stay with family of 4 members, lift issues got to wait long time to get one during 11am to 12pm. Lift some time can’t detect the card. The number to call the staff also sucks. Overall good location and friendly staff.

The location is good, the property is quite new, however, the condition of the property is ok, but the furnishes are abit run down, the sofa was spoilt, the toilet condition are below average.
