"A little noisy for a presidential suite, just know that if you book the presidential suite, they have 2 and they are both on the 2nd floor just over the boardwalk and main street. Fun to people watch, but a little noisy. The room was GREAT! "

"We went for a music festival that was easy access via the hotel tie in. However the check in they asked for $$$ for check in that differed by the hour if you wanted to get into your room earlier. The festival started at noon! Also the hotel is nice, but needs upgrades for the price. "

"Absolutely BEAUTIFUL location very close to the beach and some restaurants. The high cost did not match the cleanliness of the rooms and resort though. If you're going to charge this much, your rooms should be spotless. I didn't feel like they were clean enough, and I have pretty low standards. "

"Queen deluxe was the perfect size. The kitchen is perfect. Has everything we needed. With 4 people having a table and chairs to sit at and have coffee is a must. The location is wonderful, a quick walk to beach. Lots of cute shops and cafés at every corner. And plenty of pools to choose from. We will definitely be back."

"I cannot boast about this resort enough! This is my second time staying at the Kimpton Shorebreak. The breakfast was amazing everyday. The restaurant staff was extremely attentive. My server for 3 days took very good care. I was ill the last day with an upper respiratory issue. He made me a hot tea from his home country in India that his Mom would make him. So very sweet and caring. The rooms are extremely clean. The grounds are well maintained. Totally worth every penny spent. This is the needle in the haystack of hotels in Fort Lauderdale in my opinion. I will stay again next year and for years to come. "
