"The staff was amazing! It was our first family trip to Disney Land. The shuttle was very convenient. They also were accommodating with stroller rentals form OC. I enjoyed the stay very much and my family felt safe with security patroling the grounds. There is no contental breakfast which was a little saddening. But the rooms have a refrigerator no microwave. "

"I stayed at this hotel for less than 24 hours and unfortunately several issues affected the experience. Our room was not ready at check-in time, and we were pressured into accepting a ‘king’ room even though we reserved two queens. The bed in the room we received appeared to be a queen, not a king as stated. The hot tub — one of the main amenities we booked the hotel for — was only 83°, which is far below hot tub temperature. On top of that, around eight children were occupying the space with pool noodles and food while parents and staff did nothing to enforce the posted rules. The environment made it impossible to relax or use the amenity as intended. Overall, the stay did not match the expectations set by the hotel’s amenities or reservation."
