"3rd time staying here, we love it. Walking to Disney is pretty easy takes about 8 minutes. Rooms are very nice also. We have stayed in 3different rooms all have been great. Staffs always been very helpful. We will be back. "

"As big and extensive the hotel is, there's signs everywhere to ghide you to where you want to be. The lounge is exquisite. Gives a feel of old school LA. Got to experience the pool. Its heated and a great size for laps in the morning. "

"The shuttle to Disneyland is reliable and easy, and they take pains to accommodate rush times. I have never had any problem getting back and forth when I needed to. It's worth staying there just for that. My suggestion for improvement is that the rooms could use some USB charging ports, and the room's desk area wasn't near a convenient outlet for the computer - a bit of rearranging would make this better."

She provided me with some great insight about California seeing as this was my first trip to the West Coast and the staff overall was just so amazing and attentive! They definitely made sure I was taken care of and I know where I’ll be staying when I come back! Thank you so much to the whole Freehand staff!"
