Only stayed one night however the room was nicely set and comfortable for my family of 4 including myself. The 2 young host/hostess at the front desk on the other hand were absolutely horrible with regard to processing of the payment/hold for the room insisting the card information could not be manually entered however at check out the older/wiser more experience hostess manually entered the card info to process the payment.
Tried this La Quinta on my most recent stay in the So Cal area. Very pleased. They are still working on it so everything is not quite done but nothing that was a problem. Room was very nice, spotlessly clean. Breakfast was Great with the standard LQ waffles, boiled eggs, cereal, fruit, etc but also had scrambled eggs, bacon, string cheese and light yogurt.
The most pleasant part of the stay was the staff. Every person I saw greeted me and asked how everything was.
Only stayed for one night but the room was perfect. It was clean which is most important. It was spacious. It came with a mini fridge and microwave, iron and ironing board. The staff was nice too. I asked for a couple extra coffe packets and scissors for a project I was working on and they happily gave them. Hotel is near so many things. Great hotel. Will definitely stay there again. Oh, and parking was good too.
I was there to look at colleges with my son. The suite was very spacious and well appointed. There was a closing door between the rooms, and a large flatscreen TV in each room. There was also a nice kitchen area with a coffee maker, fridge and extra sink. I had a club suite and breakfast was included in the club room on the seventh floor. Although they advertised it as a continental breakfast we got scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon etc. so it was actually a full breakfast. In addition, they have a great in-house restaurant where we had dinner. Altogether an excellent experience!
TV are still CRT type, poor reception, very limited in channels available.
toasters not working, coffee machine "semi-working"
Other than that, location is good. On top of a small mount. Big room.
With a breathtaking view overlooking the San Gabriel Mountains our hotels location is near the City of Industry downtown Los …More
We requested early check-in and it was accommodated. We needed a place close to the church where we were attending a funeral, and it served its purpose. It was a little old and tired, however the bed was comfortable and it met our basic needs. I thought it was a bit high priced for it being very basic, but the outdoors were well maintained and it was clean.
The City of Industry is built on trade. With no business taxes and a dedicated Foreign Trade Zone, office and manufacturing parks have blossomed where agriculture once grew. The City of Industry honors its roots at the Workman and Temple Family Homestead Museum. This institution has preserved one of California’s oldest homes, an 1841 ranch house updated in the 1870s.
