"I appreciate the property’s location away from the busy shopping centre. Although it was a considerable distance to walk from the hotel to Greenbelt and into the main street. The lobby’s ambiance, particularly the grand staircase, was most impressive and I was pleased with the city view. The room was clean and spacious. I am grateful to Emil for maintaining the cleanliness of my room during my brief stay. The chef and team were accommodating of my gluten and dairy-free dietary requests. I thank...

"This is a beautiful hotel and was well appointed with furnishings. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well in it. The problem is that the shower had no hot water. I complained about this on two occasions and nothing was done about it. I am a heart patient and should not be stepping into a shower of cold water, but I had to do that in order to have a shower."
