"Great stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Beautiful, walkable area. I would stay again! Only downside is Parking is slightly inconvenient as its not on the property but about 1-2 blocks away. If its busy its tricky to park for check in. "
"The service was great, the breakfast was amazing, the design of this hotel is very nice. But the rooms are not very well sound proofed. If someone at the end of the hall closes a door a bit harsh, you bed will shake because of the noise, other than that all was amazing. Recommended if staying in bolzano"

The hotel is outside of town but a quick walk there.
Unfortunately there was a heat wave the end of June with 35*c temperatures and it was tough.
The Wild West Restaurant nearby was great, don’t look at the reviews that are old they made an incredible comeback."

"Terrific. Great location, lovely room, friendly staff. Caveat emptor, though - if you book through Expedia the spa costs extra. It does actually say on the booking page, but it's kind of hidden in the small print. You might think it's a better idea to book through the hotel's own website. I couldn't possibly comment on that."
"This is a fantastic hotel - a real oasis after a long day of travel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is refreshing. And the steam room in the bathroom was such a nice surprise. I wish I was staying here for longer. I would come back simply to stay here again. "

If you are travelling with significant luggage and need to get to the airport then have them call 2 cabs as the city has very few van sized options "
