"Victoria and Laine the manager, were very responsive and helpful throughout my three-week. Great to have kitchenette, coffee machine on twelveth floor and washing machines for clothes. The gym is very small, a disappointment. When you are out of tea and coffee bags, they resupply. "

"The front desk staff Gosia, Mohamed Ben annd Samina were so friendly and helpful. Recommending good restaurants around the area and booking us in early in a nice room overlooking the area. Marisa in the cafe was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this for others that are traveling to London"

"VHS is such a beautiful hotel in a perfect central location. The general manager, Luca, is absolutely amazing! We got to the hotel a few hours before check-in, and he went out of his way to move some things around so that all three of us could get into our rooms by 11am. VHS is perfect combination of charm, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended! "
