"It was clean, great location near Hyde park . No coffee maker unfortunately, it was hot at nights , the heater wasn’t very well controlled. Also there was no water for drinking in rooms . Overall very good . "

"Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms but 3rd floor stairs are too steep with difficult rope handles. 1st and 2nd floor stairs are fine. "

"Very close to the tube station and shops. The staff are helpful and even let us check-in early. The apartment is of good size and clean. It was quite hot despite putting the aircon on but we figured out later that the underfloor heating was on. We have to open the windows to let cool air in but it was still hot in the night. It was quiet. Kitchen amenities are good but could do more trays for the oven, kitchen gloves and drying towel. Overall we liked our stay and would definitely come back! "
