"We stayed in a 2 bedroom family suite in 44th floor, the view is excellent, both US and Canada sides can be seen. The bed and sheets are just comfortable that you don’t want to get up. The only thing that they should improve is the entertainment, need smart tv. The tv is old style and expensive movies. More flexibility if smart tv is offered."

"I loved this hotel! Favorite place I’ve stayed in NYC yet. Beautiful rooms, great location, smoothie juice bar, and a garden outside perfect for daytime or ending the night. The check in staff could have been a bit more welcoming for the price but hey it’s new york after all lol. Also would say it’s geared towards a younger crowd especially with the roof / lobby clubs open on the weekends. Hope to be back soon!"

"The Pod 51 is not for people who need space in their rooms. The hotel is staffed by a very nice and helpful crew. I would consider staying there again, but the room size is a deterrent. The neighborhood is great."

"Junior, the hotel clerk that checked us in was very welcoming. Jenny the gift shop hostess was super kind and helpful. The location was near Broadway and the rooms were comfortable and well serviced. Definitely a 5 star experience 😀"

"Though the room was on the smaller side (completely understand as we were in NYC), our family of 5 had a comfortable and lovely stay. Pros: So many! Very clean, modern room and bathroom, lots of places to store items in the room to keep the smaller space organized and neat, attentive and friendly staff, well organized and tasty breakfast, great price, very quiet in the rooms, fantastic location. Cons: Only one member of our group could access wi-fi - the rest would have to purchase. We chose...
