"Clean room, staff was welcoming. Allowed us a late check out. My only complaint, as non NZ travelers I was surprised that the 2 BR apt had only one split HVAC in the lounge area and none in the BR’s. Only on checking out did we realized there was a switch in the one bedroom that turned on a fan. I think written instructions would be helpful to us not familiar with this system. "

"Great hotel, central to all the shops and restaurants in Queenstown. Only stayed one night passing through but the hotel staff communicated well, were very friendly and the room was comfortable with a great view of the lake and mountains. We enjoyed the hotel on-site cafe for breakfast as well and loved the we could walk along the water and to the shops with ease. Street parking was also available and easy overnight "

The facilities were spotless and well-equipped, and the space felt warm and comfortable. What really stood out was the incredible hospitality—so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We felt right at home. Would 100% stay here again. Highly recommended!"
