"Wow! An amazing experience at a beautiful property, with outstanding service. We stayed for 2 nights at the end of our travels in NZ, and this was truly the highlight of our trip. The setting is stunning, the food is outstanding, and the room is beautiful. But the staff are what make the place really special. Over the years, we have stayed in excellent hotels around the world, and this one ranks among the best. Exclusive, exquisite, and refined. Highly recommended."

"We stayed in two different rooms as we added a night last minute. The decor was fun; the bathrooms were exquisite; the space spacious. Breakfast was delightful and tasty. Happy hour was a nice touch and allowed us to meet other guests. The front porch had the most spectacular view of the town and water and was enjoyable to hang out on.The hostesses were gracious, helped with reservations, luggage and parking the car. A delightful stay."

"Das Hotel ist etwa 15 Minuten oder ca. 7 Kilometer vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Das Hotel befindet sich neben dem Flughafen und hat um das Hotel herum nicht viel zu bieten. Dennoch ist es ein schönes und ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Für Geschäftsreisende perfekt, für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Queenstown würde ich eher ein Hotel in der Stadt empfehlen"

"Received an upgrade from an Executive Studio to a 2 bedroom apartment with Mountain views. Much appreciated! It’s a fairly new building so everything is in great working order. It’s close to restaurants, shops and only a 20min walk to the airport. There are dedicated parking spaces in front of the building but be early to grab one of these. Would absolutely stay here again."

"I stayed here after tramping of routeburn track. I was so exthousted after walking over 15km under the sun, the staff kindly welcomed us. Everything I experienced here was so beautiful and comforting. Fortunatly, the weather was fine so we could view the exquisit view of the mountains and lake.
