"Sarah provided exceptional hospitality, going out of her way to show us the amenities. Our room and the entire first floor of common areas were inviting, well-appointed, art-forward and yet commodious. "Upon checking in, we went into our room and it was upgraded according to staff due to accommodate the city views. I paid for a king sized bed and that’s all that mattered to me personally, I did not care about the view. When walking in, the bed was stated to be a queen sized but it did look smaller than a queen. "The staff members at reception and Griffin Restaurant were fantastic! Sherri, our restaurant server, was the best, always cheerful and attentive. Breakfast was good, with healthy choices. At check-in on our first night, Maria was wonderful! She gave detailed instructions to make our stay pleasant and was welcoming in every way.

"Room was really nice except AC only works when you are in the room. The issue with the hotel and casino is a complete lack of professional staff who want to serve you. Multiple times staff were rude and completely unhelpful. For a room that was over $350 a night I expect some level of service which I didn’t receive. I highly recommend not staying here."

"The first room they put me in had a fan going it smelt like pure dog in there. It was dirty. It was disgusting then I had to go to the third floor, which it still wasn’t worth the money that I paid the end of the bed were tore up. The sheets were dirty. They had stains on them.
