The staff is friendly and helpful and the restaurant attached to the hotel is pleasant with good food. The Shelburne Sonesta is a great find."

"Front desk not one smile! Didn’t feel welcomed at all by the lady that was working the front desk! Beds, terrible. The only great thing about that place was George and housekeeping staff. I stayed next to what seemed a playground. Kids yelling all day next to room 3025"
