"The staff went out of their way to help. It was easy to catch a cab right from outside the hotel. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Our bedroom was a little difficult to get around the bed but we managed. If I were to come back to New York I would stay here without hesitation"

"The hotel staff was very friendly , professional, and well organized. The room was very clean and in checkout they had an option they can hold our luggage’s if needed incase we needed to get things done in the city before we go to the airport. It was amazing ! And also you wouldn’t have to walk far for food or snacks . It has a Japanese grocery store next to it and also an Italian restaurant alora next door ! "
