"We can’t rate this highly enough! Stayed as a family of 4, the staff couldn’t do enough for us, it was great. Even this afternoon when we were popping out to sightsee before leaving, the (lovely Donegal) manager insisted on popping our bags in his office as the bellhop was busy. Customer service at its finest! Food also great - I had a curry that was the closest to an Irish curry that I have tried out of Ireland, and my husband had a huge delicious steak. Can’t wait to come back!!"

"The hotel was lovely and offered a small breakfast everyday included in the fee. The rooms were ample and had storage space for clothing. All of the employees I encountered were very friendly and helpful. "

"Hotel was lovely but very expensive and lacked a bar/restaurant which is always nice to have in a hotel. We did not have time to use the spa or gym but that is a nice feature"

"The property itself is wonderful, after a long day of running around the city I was super pleased to find that my room was very comfortable! The area around the hotel was quiet which is new for me when staying in NYC. Staff was nice as well! I had a short stay so I didn’t get a chance to check out any amenities but the room quality & proximity to grand central were enough for me to be very happy with my stay."
