"It was ok. The shuttle picked me up from the airport but the next day it didn’t. I was waiting at 6am outside and the shuttle was parked but no driver. No one to help me at the front desk and the person I talked to on the phone couldn’t assist me. I had to get an uber. The room was ok. It smelled like smoke. "

"The staff was very friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean although there were some areas in the bathroom that could have been cleaner. The neighborhood was the only thing that might keep us from returning. We didn’t feel that the area was safe."

"The property is off the Las Vegas strip yet minutes away from all the action. Checking in was a breeze, the frontline representatives were friendly and efficient, we were given simple instructions pertaining to the property and free parking. The front desk representatives were attentive, always available and made us feel valuable. Jose’ was one of the evening front desk representatives whom I especially felt was wonderful, he answered my calls and made every request available to me, I can’t say...

"We came out for a convention, CONEXPO, and this was a perfect location. It even includes breakfast. It’s walkable to the convention center. We absolutely love this hotel set up perfectly for four of us. Will definitely be staying there again when the convention is in three years."
