"My experience this vacation was disappointing. My room was a suite and the cleaning from housekeeping was mediocre. The check in/check out services were long and time consuming. The app was down and the kiosk was not working. The housekeeping staff took 15 minutes to get to the phone to answer a request to replace the conditioner. My experience this time was not as outstanding as previous visits."

"The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a leak in the shower. It was fixed within the same hour, but the maintenance man left the floor very dirty. Breakfast was OK. They only had bacon one day out of our week's stay. The coffee was amazing. The outdoor pool was very nice and clean, not congested in the mini hot tub was definitely a plus. My only issue was that there was not enough trash collection. The room trash came without trash bags. We had to request them...

"We stayed at HGV for four days and three nights. The room that I reserved was equipped with everything from a full kitchen, a living room, a washer and dryer and a spacious bathtub. All of the staff were amazing and very helpful. I would love to book with Hilton grand vacation once more the next time we visit Vegas."

The property was clean and the staff was professional and welcoming. However, I wish they had more late night options for non-meat eaters. I will definitely stay again."

No smell and no litters and the swimming pool was maintained so clean. Breakfast was so nice and tasty. Always i prefer residence inn to feel home away from home. The kitchen is well maintained."
