The AC/Heat/Fan controller had most of the LED lights burned out so you couldnt tell what was in or what the mode or temperature was. 3. "Room was so over fragranced it was unbearable. The odor was so strong it absorbed into our clothes. Found a whole house are freshener pad inside the air conditioner fan. Even after I removed it, the room was too far gone to recover. Breakfast is on the 2nd floor stuffed into a tiny toom which barely hold 10-12 people. Avoid it."

"The room had a strong tobacco smoke smell and other unpleasant odors. The smell was noticeable as soon as I entered the room and made my stay uncomfortable. I expected a clean, fresh-smelling room and was disappointed with the condition."
