"Terrible false advertising. Not in the location they pinned on the map, not on the beach, no air conditioning, no hot water, filthy, ants everywhere, broken toilet and shower, moss growing out of the shower head, driver could not find the location because there is no Brisas in the name and the map location . REFUND MY MONEY. All online reviews were fake!!! "

"Family friendly, staff very nice and friendly, 3 pools to choose from only one of them was 2 days not clean good/enough. Apartment was very good, nice amazing view, but the couches in the living room were dirty and we cover them with the white bed sheets. We had a lot of towels , even for beach but we supposed to ask to come and change them, if not not sure when was the schedule for that. Elevator not working for more than 5 days and supposed to carry all the luggages and groceries, we stood 10...

"Very, clean and modern place with pool and veranda. The host was a bit late giving us check in info basically whdn we were on the way to the apartment but his communication was better after. We lost power on the second day but he got it back after awhile. I wish there were more cooking supplies like oil and seasoning. There is a restaurant and store nearby. "
