"It was not as bad as the reviews! The hotel grounds was stunning! Food is okay. It is what it is. The Japanese restaurant was pretty good. Staffs were helpful and most of them are accommodating."

"Esta es la 2da vez q lo visitamos y nos decepciono, Piscina sucia, el mayor domo q nos toco nunca aparecio, tratamos de reservar en los restaurantes y no pudimos, despues tuvimos problemas con los baños de reservarlos antes de irnos del hotel, nos citaron para una hora y estuvimo esperando un monton para q nos atendieran, y nos hecharon la culpa q nosotros nos tardamos en los baños, cuando fue mala de ellos, la comida del buffet mala no habia variedad todo era lo mismo todos los dias."

"The biggest issue was with the check in process in the preferred lobby. We waited for more than 40 minutes to check in. Then was told our room was not ready, so we went to eat and came back to wait another 20 minutes to be given a room number. We then proceeded to the room where our keys did not work and had to come back to the lobby. Nothing preferred about it.
