"The staff are fantastic! Room is huge with great walk in shower! The balcony is awesome with a jacuzzi tub that, when working, is wonderful( did not work properly and no service ever showed up to fix). There are some things that need to be worked on for communication with non bilingual guests. We had an issue with transportation that created inconvenience and stress that was a result of security issues. It was handled well by staff when we reported it. "Everyone was sooooo friendly, welcoming and attentive. Food was good. The Italian restaurant was my favorite. Roy in the preferred bar was the best bartender I’ve ever had. He made the best drinks and was very funny and nice to be around. Also the spa was excellent! Had an amazing experience!! "

"We booked the Unique, did not receive any of these paid benefits. Upgrades were not in the room upon arrival, had to ask for them, took days and it felt like a bother.
