"Everything about this resort is outstanding. It’s massive and never feels crowded. Staff is great and the property is beautiful, lots of activities and very family friendly. There’s basically a huge outdoor mall within the resort with shops, restaurants, bars and anything else you can think of. Rooms are big and clean. The only exception is the food, which is only OK. Some days it’s better than others. If they slightly improved the quality of the food this resort would be a 10/10."

The first come restaurants you could never get in not even at 9pm at night. Hours for the restaurants were 6pm to 10 pm which wasn’t enough time to seat all the people at the resort. "So we arrived celebrating my fiancé‘s birthday and also got engaged a couple of days before we left that was a surprise, they did upgrade us for half off to the romance package however, we did not receive anything that was included, which was a dinner on the beach a romantic breakfast in the room a bottle of champagne and two massages which don’t be tricked. We did the sea aquarium boat ride and that was the highlight of our trip for sure. The boat was a ton of fun, you got to snorkel with sharks and sting rays, and the staff were amazing!"

"great hotel for families. They did a nice job at the broadwalk inside the hotel. Many activities for kids and teens. The kids club is 10/10. The best Ive seen so far. The pools and the beach are super. The only downside is the food. Very poor choices in their buffet. And the rooms are not super clean either. Even though we requested to change the bedding.
