"Im not one to leave bad reviews or bash a business but this hotel staff a lot of the women who work here were extremely rude. The rooms the phone didnt work, the food was so bad we got food poisoning. I dont make judgment based on someone else's experience I make my own. We were here for 8 days 7 of those days my family and I were sick because of the food. The only semi good restaurants were mexico lindo and kyoto. The rooms are so outdated it's ridiculous. "We had an amazing stay at Secrets La Romana Resort & Spa. The staff was wonderful, the cleanliness was top tier, and the entire property was beautifully maintained. The spa was absolutely incredible and one of the highlights of our trip. The food was great, there were plenty of amenities to enjoy, and the water park was such a fun bonus.
