"The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Limitless bottled water. Free bottle of champagne upon arrival. The beach was useless. The sargassum was 10 ft into the water and it smelled throughout the hotel like sargassum and sewage. There is no included parking with this hotel and the street parking available is in a neighborhood that floods and has vendors constantly approaching tourists trying to sell tours and other things. I did not feel safe walking in this neighborhood...

"La habitación no estaba muy limpia, estaba el piso sucio y con basura y polvo debajo de la cama, el agua de las llaves huele muy feo y el agua de la regadera se sale hacia afuera El personal no muy amable El hotel no tiene alberca Es muy céntrico y alrededor varios lugares para comer y a una cuadra de la playa"
