"This stay was a mix of great comfort and frustrating logistics. The unit itself is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the space felt much larger than a typical hotel room, offering good value compared to nearby resorts. Once everything was sorted out, it was a pleasant place to stay, and the late checkout was appreciated given the check-in issues. The arrival experience was stressful. I did not receive the full address and building details until shortly...

"YOU PAY WHAT YOU GET FOR. DEF WORTH THE STAY/PRICE IF YOU ARE JUST GOING TO USE IT TO SHOWER, CHANGE AND SLEEP....THEN GO OUT AND EXPLORE THE BEAUTY OF THE CITY THIS IS A GOOD SPOT. NOT IN THE GREATEST AREA BUT YOU GET TO EXPERIENCE THE LOCAL LIFE NOT TO MENTION THIS PLACE IS GATED AND SAFE.THE OWNER IS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL! LO RECOMIENDO."

"Bathroom shower leaking, all of the faucet were rusted, The bed was sinking in the middle. When the bes was made the used the same sheets that were full of sand . The place looks like its falling apart "

"Poppi was excellent and made arrangements for us to have a place due to the original location not honoring our reservation since property being sold. There was somewhat of a language barrier but nothing the translator app couldn’t handle"

Unfortunately, our arrival experience was not the best because we didn’t have the QR code to enter the property, and we spent about three hours trying to get into our unit. The jacuzzi also wasn’t working, which was disappointing. However, after that, everything was okay overall. It’s a highly secure place to stay in Punta Cana. "

"Very bad customer service experience, I was charged half the amount when booking and still was told to pay in cash the total amount plus extras The property refused to send a receipt despite multiple requests. I don’t recommend this property."

"First end up paying $150 more at check in , place needs lots of upgrades and maintenance also no housekeeping if you want that service you have to let them know even though we paid for it as well ."
