"Everything was incredible! It was very clean, while they cleaned our rooms they would even put cute little designs and flowers on the bed after leaving them a tip. The staff was so friendly and kind and took care of us. It was an experience I’d love to go back to. I’m going to be planning another trip soon. Everything was excellent!"

"We truly enjoyed staying at the Majestic Elegance. The rooms were very comfortable, clean ( the cleaning crew comes by to clean our rooms 2 times/day), amazing! The food was okay to good, and some restaurants had really good-quality food that tasted amazing. But most importantly, the people who work there are friendly and genuine—shoutout to Oscar at the Flavor and the Gourmand restaurants (we can call him our friend). Oscar is really professional, personal, and friendly, and all of those good qualities are just at the right amount. We truly enjoy chatting with him. He is attentive to all of his customers, not only us, but when he stopped by our table, he managed to make it memorable for us. Marcos at the piano bar was another person, we are not drinkers, but we had to stop by his bar every night just to chat with him. A couple more people to mention were the staff who work at the main gathering place. When my heels accidentally got stuck in the drain catcher, many staff members quickly came over to help get it out ( we didn't catch their names). We were so appreciative that they all made our experience and vacation unforgettable. Everyone worked hard at the Majestic; they seemed to work long hours as well, but remained pleasant, and that is the true charm of this place, which makes us want to go back to the Dominican Republic and to stay at the Majestic Elegance again. This is our first time, but we will surely go back to visit our friends Oscar and Marcos again. "

"Had a great stay at the El Beso Ocean El Faro. Both hotel lobbies were stunning! Our room was amazing and our concierge, Kevin, ensured we had everything that we needed during our stay. I will say it would be nice if there were more restaurants on the El Beso side, but the one restaurant was great for dinner. Absolutely recommend the ribeye steak for dinner! My partner and I spent a lot of time on the family side just because there was a lot more activities and majority of the restaurants there along with the main entertainment. Very fun! My partner and I really enjoyed the free bowling on the family side and the lazy river! On the El Beso side we were so appreciative of the pool table and ping pong table side by side and free on that side as well. The pool was more quiet but it was great because we were able to get a cabana/bed every time we lounged by the pool. Overall, for the price we paid it was an amazing value. Amazing room, great service, so many activities and beautiful hotel. "

"Very large room and a bathroom that was set up in a clever way for multiple people to use it at the same time. Lots of pools. Neat little details like popsicle stations and cocktail food trucks in various locations. Great waterpark. Free golf cart "trains" driving around the resort on fixed routes, picking up and dropping off guests."
