"We stayed in room 601 two bedroom. The hotel is very clean and the staff is nice. The bed is comfortable. The hotel is in the center of a very busy 5 street intersection, but we do not hear any street noise. Good breakfast selection for Asians. For westerns who are not used to Asian breakfast, the choices are bread, coffee, yogurts and salad. Yes lettuce salad for breakfast."

"Perfect place to stay in Osaka, centrally located so we could walk everywhere, there was shopping and food right at your doorstep. Would stay there again. Rooms were very nice, hotel restaurants were amazing. "

"This was my second stay since 2024 when they first opened. The first time we enjoyed the brand new facilities, great staffs, and proximity to the popular tourist areas. This time we noticed the bathroom smelled bad like it wasn’t cleaned properly and ReFa shower head had almost no water pressure. We were charged extra (1,000JPY) for each room for passing 10min after the checkout time(we thought it was 11am as opposed to 10am). Won’t be returning."

"The location is PERFECT!! You are right in the middle of all the action. The nice thing is even though you are on a busy street, you couldn’t hear any of the noise from outside. The amenities they offered were extensive. The staff was nice. The room was good, there was space to put our two large suitcases. I would recommend this hotel."
