"My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all friendly and welcoming at reception and at breakfast at Water’s Edge. It would help if reception reminds guests that their room includes breakfast abalso gives direction as to where the pool, bar, and restaurant is located. "The receptionist had only one person with three people waiting along with the person who was helping. I took a long time. I got charged late check out when I left way before the checkout time and I wasn’t Ass what time I wanna to check out The art made the Back small I don’t like the thing in the room and it looks like they have arts not properly on the wall, which made me concerned if it’s gonna fall on me being in the bed It was over the bed"

"It is a very clean hotel, the staff is very helpful and (considering that parking is always a headache), this place has plenty of parking space and it is safe. Moreover, breakfast was fresh and I really enjoyed their menu. "

I asked the man at reception to refund the payment, which he couldn’t do — although it was fixed the next day. But the room was in a noisy area and with very little light. Not a great Best Western experience."
