The staff were friendly and attentive from check-in to check-out, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location in Jing A was convenient for exploring the city, with great shopping and dining nearby. Breakfast was a great start to each day, and overall the whole stay felt relaxing and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend and stay"

"This is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. I got a free upgrade for my birthday and the view and room were INCREDIBLE. I almost turned my trip into a staycation. I ordered room service twice and took the best bath of my life every night. The desk area was perfect for a big meeting I had. There was also turn-down service, and all the staff were incredibly attentive. I even took advantage of the spa as my hotels.com membership gave me a discount. I also thought the bar was nice though it wasn't very full. I would happily stay here again. :)"
