"Loved the aesthetics, the attention and elegance in every detail. Wonderful team, always present and helpful with a smile. Sophisticated rooms & bathrooms with quality brands essentials. We enjoyed every restaurant and mostly the beautiful terrace and view. The only disadvantage was the larking at 120$ per 24h with 120$ everytime we need the take the car when it’s unlimited access in other luxurious hotels we’ve been. We were lucky though to find free parking right there for 3 days. "

"The Four Seasons Downtown made our visit so incredibly special. Even before we checked in, the service was impeccable: Vash ran out to Bloomingdales to pick up some dresses I ordered for a funeral and they ordered us a car from the airport. It was our son’s 5th birthday, and our room had cupcakes saying “Happy Birthday!” along with his favorite beverage (apple juice). AND we were awestruck by our 1-BR, 2-BA suite. "The staff was AMAZING! They were beyond friendly and truly seemed to care. Giles checked us in and each time he saw us in 5 days was so kind and friendly. The Bellhop was beyond helpful in our traveling around the City as this was our first experience to NYC. When asked where we were from he quickly showed that his Daughter and Grandson graduated from near us. The hotel was amazing as well! Would highly recommend!"
