"The rooms were very nice. Well kept very clean. The towels could use an upgrade and the small decks are not very useful. The staff were excellent very friendly, very helpful and you never seem to be bothering them. We need help from security to get in our room one day at the head of security was amazing. The gym definitely needs an upgrade very difficult to work out there you’re better off having dumbbells then the one machine that you have along with the need for a couple benches"

"Housekeeping is TERRIBLE ROOM 1: Hair in sheets and on floor ROOM 2: wet floors indicating they had just been mopped.. with DIRTY WATER, hair all over floor. Comforters were DAMP, better damp than dirty but still NOT OK. Shower rod had a dried dirty washcloth on top.. pool area was clean hotel and amenities are nice but housekeeping is SERIOUSLY lacking! Rooms facing the “courtyard” have a really nice garden view, Riverside rooms also have a nice view."
