"I have no complaints! It was better than I expected. Small room but perfect for a solo traveler. It was clean and quiet which was surprising given location. Excellent location and staff was always super helpful and friendly. I arrived super early to the city so had about 7-8 hrs before check in but they graciously held my luggage while I explored. They also provided drink vouchers for the pub located by the lobby which was awesome !! Good experience and would book again."

"This hotel overall was nice! My daughter and I arrived around 11:30 and they were able to accommodate us with a room early. It's located in the heart of Times Square which was a plus. The communication and attentiveness of the staff can be improved however. I've stayed at other hotels in Times Square where I've received better customer service overall. For example, after making it to the 42nd floor to our room, I couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights in the room. I had to call the front...

"We stayed for 2 nights and liked the room, amenities, location (walking distance to the Broadway theater, that we attended), friendliness of the staff (allowed us to leave the backpack for a few hours after we checked out), and yes, the price - in other words all main components of an enjoyable hotel stay in NY."
