"This is not the 4 star hotel that it sells itself as. Everything is priced like it is, but the quality falls short. Our room wasnt ready until after 5pm. Room service is served in plastic trays - $40 to 60 entrees for room service should be plated. Housekeeping skipped us and we had to remind them. The decor is nice, but on closer exam not as clean as it should be. The pools are smaller than they appear and not the most pleasant."

Breakfast was also a highlight—fresh, tasty, and with a good variety of options. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again! "
