"The hotel is excellent. Beds are beyond comfortable and everything was clean. One issue with staff at check in who was not familiar with the pay at property option and dismissed my concerns which was very discouraging. The issue was resolved the next morning but still didn’t like the treatment. "

"The hotel had amazing staff. Our room was spacious and very clean and loved having a balcony! Our flight got there in the morning, so we hung out by the pool and had lunch at the restaurant before we checked in. It was amazing! Great place for families."

"Room was a fantastic size for our family. There was ample space for all of us. The washing machine and dryer was so helpful. Could come back after big days at the theme parks and do a load of washing every night. It was so clean. Staff were so helpful. We had trouble with our hot water when we checked in. Maintenance came and fixed it within 15 minutes. Location is fantastic for both Disney and Universal. Highly recommend. "

"While not perfect, there was a lot to love about our stay. The location is unbeatable - you're close to EVERYTHING you want, the airport is 35min, Epcot is 10min, SeaWorld is 20min - unbeatable. The property is well maintained, and the aromatherapy throughout is great. The rooms are comfortable, and the premium bedding and great toiletries are definite plusses. The bed is large and comfortable. The staff is personable and very willing to help. The bar/restaurant is expensive and...
