"Everything was clean it’s Disney. It was very fun. It is not Accessible four wheelchair users to the level of what other Disney properties are for instance, I specifically asked on Expedia and at Disney for a wheelchair accessible room and normally did it not have it and it was for hearing impaired. They did not accommodate us so my daughter did not have grabbed bars on the toilet for safety and the shower had a glass enclosure so I being 54 and 135 pounds had to pick her up at 130 pounds and...

"Very nice hotel. Waterslides were amazing and very fun, and the lines were super duper short. However, The stairs going up to the waterpark slides smelled like pee in certain parts. The rooms are clean and nice, No complaints. Staff were nice and helpful. The shuttle from the hotel to the self parking garage was very convenient. There’s a resort fee of 50$ a day that you have to pay, but they give you a resort credit of 50$ per day for spend for food."

"The staff at the resort were really friendly and helpful. The poll area was nice and the bar/restaurant was good but only ate there once. Check in was easy The hotel is a great location especially for Disney The room was large and clean, however was a bit tired and whoever put the bathroom together did not own a spirit level. The furniture had seen better days and needs an update. The room had a small kitchen and it was well stocked. I didn’t trust a couple of the plug points in the room....

"Good hotel. Very convenient location walkable to Disney springs about 15min walking. The housekeeping service was great and the buses to the parks were good and on time. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful during our stay."
