What I like was the staff were very friendly. What I didn’t like, there were to much homeless people inside of the hotel parking, also the furniture were very old and damaged. And the parking lot was very dirty.

Room was very clean. Staff was nice. The continental breakfast could’ve been much better no decaffeinated, coffee nor adequate tea no plates for the muffins and very little choices. I stayed at many hotels that offered a far better continental breakfast. There was no place to sit to eat our small muffin no tables.

Room was clean with expected amaenities. No USB chargers in the rooms -- something I didn't realize I normally would expect in a budget motel. The reception was pleasant and courteous. The area outside the hotel is pretty dicey, especially if you arrive after dark. I didn't have any problems, but just be aware. "No Panhandling / No Loitering" signs are posted outside the entrance, and you are greeted by a security guard as you enter.
