"The price was good. The concrete steps and sidewalks are in horrible shape and looks gettoish. The place just doesn’t present well at all. Peeling paint is abundant."

"While I can appreciate the character of an older building, this property has unfortunately not been maintained. The entire hotel smells unpleasant, and the facilities are severely outdated. Due to the lack of upkeep, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone"

"We had a disappointing experience at Delta, where our room was not clean during both our last visit and this year's stay. Although the staff addressed the issue during our initial visit, the problem recurred. Additionally, we faced issues with the air conditioning not being operational until midnight and a lengthy 10-minute wait for the elevator. The hotel's location is convenient, but improvements are needed in the cleaning services and response times."

"Oceanfront, free breakfast daily, hot water, Nescafe coffee/tea/cocoa machine in lobby accessible during lobby hours, dogs accepted for a $30 daily fee and max total for your stay is $150.
The property is kept clean, however there were numerous cigarette butts on the grounds especially near the nice fountain feature near the parking lot. The staff were very nice and helpful. There's a very nice dog run/potty area.
The fencing needs repair as there was a German shepherd type dog that jumped...
