"Good as money value . This hotel is a good choice for the summer but in thre winter time is a little bit to cold for my own taste. They did try to help with a small electric heater, but the window was loosing more heat than the radiator was able to get. This hotel is OK from a lot of points but from others it really needs some major investment specifically in the installation and a central heating system which will keep the entire building waem enough. "The room was a non smoking room yet it had a ashtray on the dresser (which was dirty with cigarette ash) the trouser press was loosely fitted to wall with one screw and u/s a number of the pictures affixed to the wall were UPSIDE-DOWN, and the room carpet was without a relationship with a vacuum cleaner. "IT was warm cosy friendly helpful staff breakfast was perfect"

"Greeted by a pile of dirty bedding and towels in the room, phoned to tell the owners who did nothing about it. Very very dated and not in a quaint way. Not clean at all. Fortunately it was only a one night stay before we flew out on holiday early the next morning. I would not recommend to anyone. Floorboards are ridiculously creaky, if anyone gets up in the night, everyone is woken up! "
